To order made to measure boots, use diagram to make sure the measurements are accurate. 1. Trace the outside of your two feet on a white piece of paper. Hold the pencil straight making sure to touch the foot as you outline the foot. You can always ask someone to help you do the tracing. 2. Using a measuring tape, take and write down your dimensions in inches. (see drawing) A. Contour of your foot at the widest part B. Contour of back of heel to top of foot C. Contour of ankle D. Contour of calf at biggest part E. Contour at top where boot is at the heighiest F. Total height of boot G. (See number 1 above) * Buckle ties If you choose to have buckle ties, you must mention the total number of ties you want. This amount will be divided between the two boots ( example: total 6 ties, which means 3 ties per boot.) also, note the colour of the buckles : you have a choice of gold, silver or antique. The buckles are ¾ of an inch wide and are riveted on both sides of the boot, but do not go completely around the boot. The height of the boots is also very important (F). 
Buckles ties   3. You must mention the colour of leather you want. Black and dark brown are the most in demand. We also have such colours as burgundy, navy blue, yellow, red, tan etc. . These colours can also be used as the lining and when the boot is folded down it gives a beautiful contrast. 4. Next, you must choose the toe end. You have a choice between normal round, large round or long pointed toe (very pointed about 1½ inches longer than normal) and square. See diagram. 5. Specify if you wish to have a leather sole and heel. If not specified, we install a foam rubber elevation and sole. See "Fabrication" section. For all sizes bigger than 11 (45 Europe) for men and 10 (42 Europe) for women the boots are 20 percent more. For all sizes smaller than 7 (40 Europe) for men and 6 (37 Europe) for women the price is 10 percent less 6. For the finishing around the top and for the opening which closes the opening for the laced adjustement we put the suede part of the leather to create a contrast. If you prefer to have it on the leather side please specify. 7. You must send your measurements and specifications to us by mail ( see "Contact Us" section). Contact us by e-mail or phone to finalize the price, transport cost and method of payment. We ask that 50 percent of total cost be paid before we start our work. |
